Very concerned, late fiber installation

<p>We live within the Paulshof Area, Fiber was installed within this area during Q4 last year, however our street (Achter road) although being on the map showing installation in progress was never completed.</p> <p>I contacted Vumatel and was told that, due to the fact that there was a river between the various zones that a new NODE had to be installed and that they were trying to find space to install same. that was during Feb 17. during March 17 i contacted them again onlt to be told that the site had been found and that installation should begin within the following 2-3 weeks.</p> <p>Still nothing happned with no further feedback, so i once again contacted Vumatel, this time via e-mail, only to be told that now they are trying to get space on the "Sleeves" from Hauwei they will inform me when there is further updates.</p> <p>Vumatel needs to decide if they can manage this instal, if not then aleast advise me of someone who can.</p>
