Very bad service of SADV and Vumatel

I wrote a review last week of SADV but my problem has not been solved. I asked SADV to cancel my subscription because I paid for something I never used. I app**** for WIFI through Vumatel. And the came to install the device after I paid my R399. The came to install on the 14 April. Vumatel made SADV my service provider without giving me an option. SADV is the worse v'company ever. Till today I'm struggling for them to send out a technician to solve my problem. On their side it shows connected but on my side it shows connected but no internet. Like I never paid. SADV blames Vumatel. And Vumatel blames them. And I'm sitting with the frustration. Instead of just cancelling my account. And get me a other service provider like MWEB or AFRIOS. What do I do
