VERY BAD SERVICE FROM VUMATEL/SADV

I app**** for Vuma/Sadv fiber on the 22nd of January 2025 and from there it has just been issues. The sales agent Longa made me pay the fiber via a link and from there, there was payment issues, went to the bank like they requested and did everything they needed, 4 people including the payment link and Vuma confirmed payment and still nothing. I even requested my money back the sales agent Longa logged a ticket as he calls it and still nothing. NO FIBER ALSO NO MONEY!! Their ridiculous WhatsApp system gets you nowhere, emailing them gets you nowhere, phoning them, that phone will ring and ring and get you nowhere! please SA be careful of vumatel it's a huge struggle and they will gladly ***** your money.
