VERY BAD SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

I had an order placed in 2019 for fibre installation in our school as we are starting with eLearning. I am always been sent to pillar from pillar and no once seems to know what is happening. When I call you call centre they tell me installation was done on the 27th of Jan already which is a lie. I don’t get any update.

Its been months now and would like to know what is going on here
