Very Bad Service from Vumatel

Very Bad Service. Impossible to get hold of anyone that can help. Request for assistance to move a fiber point. Given 3 to 4 working day timeframe. Now its on day 11 and my "waiter" is still missing in action. Every time I contact them they say, they don't know and they will escalate it to the manager, that did not help at all. Bet if I held payment back I'd receive a quick and personalised response.
