Very bad service from Vumatel.

On Monday Vumatel came out for no reason and FIX something on the Vumatel line. From then we did not have access to internet. Numerous times we tried to contact them with no respond. Today we send emails and phone the head office. Kagelo promise to take it up and will call back. Ref number ***. I phoned again and spoke to Pumela Ref Number 0081H10 and she confirm somebody will see to the problem. Her telephone line was very soft and you can't almost hear a word. This type of service is unexpectable. They could have warned us that they had to work on the line and give feedback of what is going on.
