Very bad service from Vuma

This has been the worst experience with vumatel for fiber. I app**** and paid for home fiber from Vuma on the 26th of December 2021 until date they have not installed my fiber infact they told they installed my fiber up a street from where i stay. I ask myself how was my fiber installation installed in another house when i was never connected. I called the call center so many times and have been told it will be rectified since the start of January. I am very disappointed with the service.
