Very bad Service

I'm writing this to express my disappointment with vumatel service.My wifi has not been working since the last day of the month I have been buying data like crazy .. There has been no communication what's so ever from your end.. as a customer I value reliability and professionalism qualities I feel you lacking in this instance and the fact that you guys are unreachable on the calls, WhatsApp and on face book is the worst ..You definitely losing me as customer ..
