VERY BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE

This vumatel company sucks big time.i hate it with a passion.They dont take their customers very serious.They need to go for customer service training.I paid for connection and they said they will come to my place between 13h00-14h00 on monday the 28 February 2022 nd had to cancel my work appointment nd personal bcoz I respected their time nd work.i didn't want them to come to my place nd not find me there.i was the de whole day but they did not bother to apologize or atleast let me know wat delays dem or why they did not manage to come yet I paid already for their internet fibre connection. I felt undermined nd disrespected.,Their installers did not pitch up instead I'm their one whose been calling them numerous time nd they haven't made a single followup. They must just close the shop if they dnt know how to run it.i cant beg for a service I'm paying.its two days now.I haven't received any call or anything.They dont take me or their clients.im extremely disappointed nd disgusted by their level of service.Please help me to cancel.im fed up
