Very bad service

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service delivery company, my connection has been down for 5 days and I've been calling their office ever since, the only help I get is the matter has been escalated to the tech department. So their tech department needs a year to respond. I regret ever using their services. They really don't care about doing updating a customer
