Very bad service

I reported the fact that ive been cut off when I had paid and still even today no one has ever come to fix the issue. I was assisted by some lady called Ayanda and still a month later I haven't been assisted. Their service is horrible and considering that this is a paid service they dont care. They take you from piller to post. No technician has ever been sent to my house to assist with the red light.
