Very bad service

It's been a week since I requested for fiber paid everything but till today no installation, no feedback they told me I need to get a second line still nothing last week Wednesday they called telling me they will come install till today I'm waiting I'm so angry n annoyed because I work from home and my work is affected because of this... I have never seen such an *********** company, u can't even get hold of anyone because their agents drop calls or they redirect your call to an extention you wont be connected to I dnt even have my order number or that V number because of an agent who was trying to cover a sale

The service is bad I don't recommend anyone to go for VUMA
