Very bad service

VERY BAD SERVICE

I logged a call for the internet issues I had my ticket was closed yet I still don’t have internet. I can’t get hold of these but I must pay my subscription every month. It’s been 3 weeks I still don’t have internet. The service is pathetic I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get this Vumatel Fibre
