Very bad service

Very bad service. Its even difficult to get in touch with consultant. Their fiber does work after loadsheding and the people who fix it request for R400 on top of services fee that we pay monthly for something that does not even work. If log a complaint you wait for ever to be serviced they will tell you that it is very long queue and they work according to ticket. But their employees are able to fix it whike they are in their houses. Very very bad service and if no change by month end am canceling it.
