Very bad service!

Worst service ever, we paid on the day they cut us off and still have no service more than 4 weeks. Apparently they cannot trace the pmt because when they cut you off the pmt ref is automatically discontinued. So they have ourbmoney but cannot trace it and will not restore our service. You hold and hold to no avail. Honestly very sick of this horrible service service
