Very bad Fibre service

Vumatel Home connect, dont value their customers. They dont have decency to notify their clients in Buffalo Flats East London area that there's outage and the problem is ABC...and it will be restored. I hope we get another Fibre service provider that can also provide this service with better transparency and appreciation.
