Very bad experience

I made payment on the 26th of April for Vumatel to come and install there Fibre in my household. They only made it home for installation on the 3rd of May 9days later. Further more to that they told me it would take 4to6 house before it start working. I'm on day 3 now its still not working. What is more frustrating is that they don't have an open line for clients to use if something is going wrong, they only have whtsapp line which is not convenient at all. If feel ******, I regret ever choosing this. I am from Kwamashu. I want my money back at take your device from my home its my hard work money you guys are cheating me on.
