Very bad customer service

Very bad service!!! We have been out of an internet connection for days. Previous they sent a technician who did an incomplete job resulting in the connection being lost again after a few days!!! No response to complaint emails or any indication as to when they will deal with the issue! This is so frustrating considering that we work from home!!! Will never recommend this ISP to anyone!!!
