VC-*** no internet connection and fibre not resolved

Very very bad customer service experience, I am now days without Internet connection, my fibre is still not resolved, very pathetic service, I will not recommend them so please don't use them as fibre provider line!! Their service is bad and they dont resolve the issue, I am unable to do my work due to no Internet connection and my fibre is still not working
