Utterly useless at getting my fibre installed

It has been an absolute nightmare getting fibre in at my residence and Vumatel support is utterly useless. Our area went live early in January and multiple residences have fibre yet Vumatel keeps changing their story about the area not being live and my order number never seems to exist. What an absolutely useless company and support team.
