I'VE ASKED YOU NICELY TO DEACTIVATE THE SERVICES AT 36 PAGODA ROAD BECAUSE I'M NOT STAYING There ANYMORE, THE SERVICES IS STILL ACTIVE AND I'VE GOT NO SERVICES AT 51 PAGODA ROAD, WHAT DID YOU GUYS DO, WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE FIGHT WITH YOU IN ORDER FOR YOU TO ATTEND TO ISSUES THAT YOU CREATE, YOU ADVISED ME VIA EMAIL/WHATSAPP THAT THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED, BUT NOTHING, TOTALLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DOBE, FIX THIS PROBLEM

Regarding the attached and the below emails, I was assured my services/accoount was moved and cancelled at the previous address(36 Pagoda Road, Buffalo Flats, Extension 2 to 7, East London, Eastern Cape, 5209,

Can you please explain why I don't have internet access at 51 Pagoda Road, Buffalo Flats, Extension 2 to 7, East London, Eastern Cape, 5209? Please be advised that I won't pay for the days that I'm without internet, I've asked you to make sure that everything is in order, mived/cancelled and transfered, but when I went to the previous address(36 Pagoda Road) yesterday I then noticed that the internet services was still active even though according to you the services was moved and cancelled, the services was active at both addresses(36 Pagoda Road and 51 Pagoda Road) and today(03/06/2023) there are no internet connection at 51 Pagoda Road,

I've copied VUMA in this email, because I want you to know that I'm not going to be liable to pay for services I'm not enjoying, I won't pay for today and for as long as this issue exist,
