Utterly Disgusted!!!

I waited for installation for since I filled in my application and now it is a headache trying to get my refund. I app**** for this service over 7 months ago and I then decided to go with a different provider, and I am still awaiting my refund - Absolute *****'s - whenever I call them, they tell me it was escalated - for the past 7+ Months - Disgusted
