Uselsss Vumatel

No fibre connection in Bellville Cape Town for 24 hrs, Afrihost the ISP confirmed it was a fault on Vumatel's side, but Vumatel simply states it is not - we are now in a difficult situation and STILL without internet - it is clear from the ONT that no signal is coming from Vumatel - they do not answer their phones, nor do they call back as promised - their website is silent on the outage in Belville - I am totally unsure how to proceed!!
