USELESS Vumatel - shame on you!

I've app**** about 2-months ago. About 3-weeks ago, some so-called Vuma Heroes, came to nail some conduit piping onto my newly built walls (after I took meticulous care to provide built-in conduit piping). The same Heroes ******ed off with a message that in 48-hrs my ISP will contact me to connect me. GUESS WHAT: after countless calls and waiting in vain for Vuma to provide the connection - nothing.

Then I posted a message on Google Reviews, I receive an SMS the following day with a question whether I want to join - yes or no. Yes, the response is.

The next day I receive a call, which I can't take as I'm in a meeting - off course you can't call back as you get pushed into the same stupid cue as all their other victims are in - and no follow-up call.

Still NOTHING. Vumatel, you are indeed heroically ****** useless

Thank you for your response. Use it or not, but please be informed I have also sent an email to your Head Office with a heads-up that I will walk in when I return from abroad on Friday morning the 28th, between 08h00 and 10h00 - to see your CEO. Believe me, I can be very loud, know how (and have the means) to arrange a picket, I know my way around Icasa, ASA and Social Media.
