Useless Vumatel

Useless company and its agents. Thandokazi, Bongumusa and Senamile lack empathy, I have explained to them numerous times about my faulty router, they log the ticket then later close it as resolved, although my issue is still not resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, don’t even bother with them. You will be frustrated, they cannot be called bc they know their service is terrible. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!!!!
