Useless Vumatel and Telkom Service

Should anyone consider using Vumatel/Telkom Fibre to the home....stop and cancel your order NOW!!!! I spent 10 days and exactly 64 calls on hold with ZERO result.

Got my router installed by Vumatel last month....,....and that was it!!!!! 11 days later, my 20mb uncapped internet is finally active at a riveting speed of 1mb/s.

This was the worst experience of my life!! The incompetence and arrogance from customer Service from both Telkom and Vodacom call center staff is on another level.

Save your self alot of frustration and try ANY other service provider.

Even dial up will be faster then this ******ion....or should I say *****!!!! Paying for 20mb line, get 1mb speed if I'm lucky.
