USELESS VUMATEL AND MWEB, USELESS I TELL YOU!

Terrible service!! I have ordered the wifi product on the 30th of August, we are now on the 12th of September and in all honesty I can tell you that nothing has happened since then, I have to phone in 4 times a day just to get the activation done, they weren't even supposed to come out for the installation (and thank goodness for that otherwise I would have still waited) They merely just need to activate me but between Mweb and Vumatel, no one knows what they are doing. There is no communication from either side and I am at the point where Vumatel and MWeb can come pick up the pieces of the router on the road. JUST WANT TO BE ACTIVATED!! IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK???????? and the worst of it all is, there was an appointment scheduled for 9 am Saturday morning, Still waiting for mr AMOS to come through to sort this out. Seems like cancelling and just having to pay for data is a better option. Customers obviously mean nothing to you.
