VUMATEL IS THE NEW TELKOM OF OLD!!! THEY ARE A ABSOLUTELY USELESS, COULDN’T CARE RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS TIMEOUSLY OR RESPOND WITH ANY INFORMATION THAT MAKES ANY DAMN SENSE!!! ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT MY COMPLEX SIGNED UP WITH THESE ****** TYRANTS🤬🤬🤬🤬!!!! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

30 Aug 2022, 16:26I’m aware of this fault!!! The outage occurred last week Wednesday the 24th or earlier because that’s when I was supposed to be connected!!! A week later and still the outage persists 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!!! This is totally unacceptable on your part to have an outage for this long!!! You are affecting the bottom line of my business with this interminable outage!!! What is most frustrating is that you’re compelling these ISP’s who use your infrastructure to charge ridiculously inflated prices when they actually could be much cheaper, due to your monopolistic ways🤬🤬🤬!!! It’s downright ******** how you operate!!! I’m m still waiting for a call from you!
