Useless vumatel

Vumatel contacted me in may regarding my issue with them, the lady that I spoke to said I must send a mail as to what my issue is .... I did that the same day she said they will be in touch with me. Till today no1 has gotten back to me!!! THEY ARE LIER'S THEY DONT EVER RESPONSE TO EMAILS DONT GO WITH VUMATEL THEY ARE USELESS
