Useless Vumatel

Vuma is the most useless service provider, I regret moving from rain. Even though it was bad, but Vuma takes the trophy. My wife and I app**** for Vuma on the 9th of February 2022, we still haven't had the router installed for us, instead they keep cancelling our application. We've app**** for about 3 times already with no luck of installation. We have already paid for this and a debit also went through my account late February. We've been waiting for over 2 months to get what we've already paid for but that's not happening. I can't even do my school work or even work related stuff, I must always buy prepaid data to be up to date with my work. Vuma is just a waste of time. They must leave these fibre things to best providers like Telkom.
