USELESS VUMATEL

I have been trying to get my internet working for a Month now. I have a r outer and the fiber has been installed, connected without internet. I have tried to get hold of Vumatel on so may platforms, but all I get is we will get back to you. This never happens. If I could I would recommend that NOBODY ever gets stuck with this useless company.
