Useless Vumatel

Disgusted at Vumatels customer service! I have had no internet due to a fault on the router and all I get is an sms like thats going to solve the problem! The absolute worse service!!! Definitely going to suggest the complex change to Telkom who actually answer their customers!!! Sis man
