Useless Vodacom and Vumatel vibre providers

I cannot believe that we are getting the most pathetic service from these two vibre provider. Not a week goes pass than we get drop lines or just no wifi...when I call for help or attention to the problem they saying for me it's bad timming no technicians are on duty this weekend..we been without service since Saturday the 17/04 /21 @1:00
