Useless vjmatel fibre

We paid on the 26th for our installation which was only done on Friday the 09/07/2021 afterwards we were provided with our wifi login just to find out three days afterwards we still dont have internet connection the service is pathetic, and extremely poor. We have tried different avenues to get this resolve but nothing is done the consultants are useless and clearly have no sense of customer service i will never recommend this product and as far as i go will i spread the message i will take the matter further if i donot geg a response
