Useless technician from vumatel

For the past 5 month i have been waiting for an internet connection for vumatel,then they sent a guy on a sunday to come and connect me from the pole outside into the house and set up a box.but all of sudden the guy tells me the pole is not working they he will notify the office.i can tell you i am still waiting 2 month later for this to be sorted.i have reported this numerous times but nothing seems to be happening.i don`t understand what is the hold up because i have everything,the router,the box mounted in my house but no service. why do i continue having a useless device in my house.i do not know.my reference which now a month old is 24953
