Useless Technical support

Thanks to technicians who obviously don't know what they are doing... They get called to repair my neighbour's issue but I am left with no internet access... Then I must be at their mercy for a possible 72 hours to redress a problem caused by the technician... Pathetic service that has caused me to miss a scheduled Webinar for work.... Will they re imburse my cost.... Never bcaus all they would say, like most SA companies would.... "Sorry".... Wish we had a competitor alternative in my suburb!!!!
