Useless support team. Very ***********.

Ticket number 08 August 2023 My mom a pensioner has been having problems with the wifi since last week. We tried contacting Vumatel with no help except some lousy excuse that they have dispatched technicians twice to a wrong address. They were 1st dispatched to Kensington then Vosloorus. Thabiso the agent spoken to was no help at all. Today marks 5 days since 1st complain yet the pensioner still pays in full for the useless service. Why hire useless technicians, if they caint use something as simple as google maps, to find the right house. How will they fix the problem. Very useless team indeed. No customer service what so ever. As soon as they have installed, you on your own. No support. Just robbing my pensioner mother out of her good money.
