Useless service - Vumatel

My internet (Vumatel) went off on about 16 April 2023. I phoned Vodacom to find out what was wrong. They inform me that there is a problem with the line and that Vumatel is working on the problem. In the following two weeks, I phoned several times and got the same answer. On 27 April 2023, I phoned again and they gave a reference # SR *** and said the technicians will contact me. This is now the 1 May 2023 and still no technician phoned me (5 days later). I tried several times to find out why the technicians did not respond. All answers that I got is that they will contact me soon, but nobody can tell me when. At the time I wrote this review, nobody contacted me yet. This is the worst service I ever get from a company. In short, they are useless. Goodbye, Vumatel!
