Useless service provider ever!

Vumatel must just close down! Vumatel is unreachable and it really is frustrating, they are so quick to respond on Facebook but they don't deliver. They ended up demanding for proof of payment because they did not know how to respond to my message ,i emailed it and i am still waiting even today.USELESS! Can someone recommend any other affordable service provider besides Vumatel.
