Useless service provider

It has been now the second month that our fibre went down . If you phone Vodacom they say it is vumatel that is down why do you cut service if POD. Has been sent 7 times last month i have had it with your **** service between you and vodacom nothing happens we are working from home and need the connection to work i am loosing my income because of Vumatel . I will not pay for a service that i am not getting .FIX YOUR **** ......
