USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

I app**** and paid for a router to be installed at my house on the 2nd July Installation only took place last week thursday after i made follow ups to no vail or any communication from the service provider

I am honestly lost for words, since this instrument has been installed we haven't even enjoyed it

The nstallers came an hour late ..... when i called home to find out if they were done with an installation... i was told they left and said someone else will come to complete the job ? I called the installers that come esrlier they told me someone will come to complete the job , i even asked why are they doing half jobs ? .... the guy said it not half jobs

However the second person /installers indeed come .. the initial router was removed as it was not working ....and they replaced it and it seems it was replaced with a non working router

I received the passwords ..... i tried logging in since thurs i still get the same response that the password is incorrect

Ps!! I received about 3 passwords they all incorrect, Shocking !!!

Its the 16/07 ... i still cant use a service that i paid for

The agent Alex that assisted me with application process seems to be the only one bothered if i am getting any help from your office, this poor guy checks on me daily does the follow up all the time . I contacted the company on sat morning via whatsapp I only received a reponse after 4pm and i was just advised to go to their wesite to reset my password Whatever bubble i was advised to click on to have the password reserted ....its not even there 🙄

The company claims to have serviced 42000 or so customers? WOW!!!

Their service is appauling to say the list

I just need them to uninstall their non working instrument and refund my money , so I can take my business elsewhere
