Useless service

SO I installed fiber in end of March. I warned the technician not to lay the cable outside visible as we have dogs. THe technician's words was "I want to see a dog that can bite through this thick cable. SO now since Thursday we have been without network and it has been reported. twice technicians was sent out yesterday and today to only come and take pictures.

Really?? 5days without network and Vodacom can't give me a direct answer. when I ask for Vumatel contact details they say Vumatel will still direct me to them so unfortunately they can't tell me anything.

is this the kind of service I signed up for? I never had these issues with Telkom wifi!!!!!!!
