Useless Service and WhatsApp

I'm beyond ****ed, been trying for days to make online payment and they are giving me the run around, WhatsApp does not work, I requested to chat to an agent, the useless Bot does not send the one time OTP pin, to make matters worse, I called twice and the agent dropped the call, if this carries on, I will cancel this stupid and worthless service, words cannot describe how angry I am right, pathetic to say the least😡😡😡😡
