useless service

This company is totally useless. I placed a fibre order with Mweb back in march and first of all they installed a fibre deal at another address and still to this day they say they don't have my correct address on file for installation. I don't know how much data I have used in trying to get this sorted but this morning I just lost it and told them they were a bunch of ****holes and cancel the deal. Their top management must also be useless as no one has come back to me to sort this mess out. Yesterday I saw a technician on our street corner who even took pictures of the house which is situated at the cnr of Kelly ave and inry street. Everybody else knows where I live except this ****ing useless vumatel company. I hope that M web takes note and cuts them out as an installer.
