useless service!!! 1 star is too high of a rating

1 star is too high of a rating for Vumatel and the service they provide. The Fibre cable broke and was reported to my ISP as we are not able to contact Vumatel directly. They for some reason closed the call centre earlier this year.. It has been over a week and yet the break is still not repaired. An appointment was made by Vumatel for technicians to come and repair the break / pull in a new fibre cable on Sunday. No one arrived. No phone call received from Vumatel nothing. Service is pathetic !!!!!!
