Useless pathetic service

Absolutely useless. I am waiting for them to come install my internet fibre.i made an appointment they came told me I needed to dig a hole for the fibre, we set a day for them to come and they don't show up, after many calls and promises by vumatel to phone me back ( which they didn't) incall.to.find out they paused the installation because they didn't know if the hole was dug, yet they didn't even bother to call to ask. Still no fibre in my house with a big long hole in my garden and no phone calls.no matter how many promises from the call centre. It's cost me nearly double.of what it would have for a month of fibre because I have to buy data as I cancelled my other contrac. Absolutely athletic and disgusting
