Useless money grabbing Vuma
Vuma is so useless. They had no problem installing the fibre lines in our area but now that there is a problem they say they can't send technicians due to "civil unrest" in the area? Yet we pay. Why install here in the first place if you don't have people from this area to service your customers?

17 Oct 2024, 15:37You have been advised not to enter the area at all but I just came from a client that was installed today. And if you say you will not be entering the area. Why weren't your customers notified and or given refunds so that we can get wifi somewhere else. Paying for something that might or might not work doesn't make sense. And we have been contacting our service providers. All they say is "Vumatel will let us know when they will sort out the issue"
