Useless Excuse for a Fibre Provider.

SO where do i begin VUmatel deploying fibre in our Area Of Chase Valley Montrose Pietermaritzburg. They completed Trenching and floating the fibre now our whole area is stuck on Nothing. Every time someone contact Vumatel they have a different excuse to why the area is not live. Then you have some of the vumatel service agents say that our area will go live end of September then October then November. But still nothing. Then another Resident contacted vumatel and they have another excuse to why the work in the area is not up and ready. They destroy the roads our grounds to lay fibre then do absolutely nothing about getting the area connected except giving every excuse under the sun. Surely if you are going to deploy fibre in an area you will make sure that the backend(BackBone) is upand running ready to roll out the actual infrastructure. SO us Residents continue to wait for a Useless unorganized Company like Vumatel.
