USELESS!!!!

On the 4th of September, we put in an order for wifi from Vumatel with the ISP being Vodacom. We have received the router from Vodacom last week Wednesday but still no one from Vumatel has contacted us regarding the installation. We have spent so much airtime contacting them and NO ONE has contacted us back yet even though they have said that they would contact us. Vodacom employees have assisted us in getting an ISP number to refer back to for the installation and when someone from Vumatel eventually contacted us (on 2020/09/17), we were told that an installation would be done today (2020/09/18, 10 days after first contact with them when ordering) but when asking for confirmation of the time and the person who would come to do the installation this morning, we were told that someone had to call us afterwards yesterday to make the appointment. WHY CONFIRM A DATE AND TIME WITH US, IF SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO CONFIRM WITH US AFTERWARDS!!!! Vodacom, I would suggest moving away from this company as you will be losing a lot of business because they do not deliver AT ALL!!!
