Useless Company - Zero customer service
A disgraceful company that has no customer service whatsoever and are useless at repairing their faults. We have been out since last Thursday and no one knows what is going on. There is nobody to speak to and our ISP's are useless.

24 Jan 2023, 09:48My ticket number from Vox was ***4. There was no ticket number from you guys as nobody can contact you. The wifi was finally restored yesterday after not being on since last Thursday and in the interim there was zero communication from either you people or Vox. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
